Are there extraterrestrial structures on the Moon or Mars?

No confirmed evidence supports claims of alien buildings, though unusual formations exist. Scientists and space explorers have studied the Moon and Mars for many years, using powerful telescopes, rovers, and satellites to take detailed pictures of their surfaces. Sometimes, these pictures show strange shapes, like tall towers, pyramids, or even structures that look like buildings. However, scientists have not found any proof that aliens built these shapes. Most of these formations are natural, created by wind, erosion, or how rocks and dust settle over time.

For example, on Mars, there is a famous rock formation called the “Face on Mars.” At first, it looked like a carved face, but when better cameras took clearer pictures, it turned out to be just a regular hill with shadows that made it look like a face. Similarly, on the Moon, some craters and rock piles may appear to have patterns, but they simply result from natural space processes, like asteroid impacts.

People sometimes see familiar shapes in random objects, like seeing an animal shape in clouds. This is called “pareidolia,” a brain trick that makes us recognize patterns. While it would be exciting to find actual alien buildings, scientists need strong proof before making such claims.
