While advanced AI, like neural networks, can simulate conversation, creativity, and learning, there is no evidence that it possesses real awareness or personal experiences.
Consciousness in humans is still not fully understood, making it even harder to determine if AI could ever achieve it. While future developments in brain-inspired computing or quantum AI may push the boundaries of intelligence, true self-awareness in machines remains purely theoretical at this point.
