I really liked manufacturing. I liked making things. And I liked finding ways to make them faster, cheaper, better, etc. So my favorite memories are working with other people to come up with new ways to be more productive, seeing those ideas actually work, and then looking at each other as if to say, "We did it!"

So the short answer would be I miss the camaraderie and sense of satisfaction of accomplishing things with other people. That never gets old.
