How can i improve my writing 'skills' ? What should i do everyday to improve my writing.

The best way to get better at writing is to write. The next best way is to mimic what people you respect do. You don't have to reinvent the formatting and flow wheel. If you like how Seth Godin writes, try to write like him. Mimic his sentence construction, his style, the way he builds an argument, etc. In time you'll start to weave in some of your own style, and before you know it you will write like you.

The other thing you can do, although it sounds counterintuitive, is to stop trying to write like a writer. Don't think about writing -- just think about explaining. Say you need to explain how to do something: pretend you're doing it in person, say what you wold say, then write that down verbatim. Afterwards you can go through and clean it up. Writing is just communicating, and we all communicate... so don't try to make it more complicated than it is.
